As Senior Test Engineer, you ensure vessel systems, mission equipment, automation, software and integration interfaces are tested safely and effectively before release for operation. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you support the full testing lifecycle, from FATs and integration testing to harbour acceptance testing and commissioning activities. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Project Management and suppliers, you provide technical expertise, troubleshoot complex issues and help deliver reliable, mission-ready USVs. Your role and responsibilities: - You review technical requirements, supplier FAT evidence, acceptance criteria, test procedures and prerequisites before test execution starts; - You support and provide technical leadership during component FAT, integration testing, harbour acceptance testing and assigned commissioning or SAT activities; - You configure vessel and mission systems, support calibration and technical test equipment, and ensure objective evidence is captured correctly in TestRail; - You lead or support fault finding across mechanical, electrical, automation, software, communication and cross-system integration issues; - You reproduce faults, collect data, support root-cause analysis and verify technical closure through controlled retesting; - You maintain accurate configuration, software, parameter and calibration information within your assigned scope; - You provide technical input to Project Management, Flee...
