We help entrepreneurs worldwide launch brands in the Nutraceutical, Food, and Cosmetic sectors by connecting them with top-tier Indian manufacturers. We handle the heavy lifting from sourcing and compliance to e-commerce setup and design.

We are looking for a data-driven Ads Manager to help us scale our reach and find the next big brand founders.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our paid media strategy. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads and build brand awareness for clients across Indian and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Budget Allocation: Ensure efficient spend and high ROI/ROAS. Reporting: Provide weekly performance breakdowns with actionable insights. Creative Input: While not mandatory, the ability to design or direct high-converting ad creatives is a significant plus.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in running paid ads. Portfolio: You must be able to show a portfolio or case studies of previous campaigns, highlighting KPIs like CPL (Cost Per Lead) or conversion rates. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Product based industries is a plus (especially navigating ad policies for health products).
