Liquid Personnel are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner looking to join a 16+ Care Leavers Team based within Gloucestershire.

Key Duties will Include:

As an Advanced Practitioner you will hold a protected caseload of 8 children and young people offering oversight into pathway planning and independence work for care leavers and support the development of junior colleagues.
About You:
- Experienced Frontline Senior Social Worker.
- SWE Registered and Recognised Qualification in Social Work.
- Full Driving License.
