- Evaluate HR processes' effectiveness and improve analytical models.
Key Tasks:
Implement Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Monitor HR readiness for strategic initiatives.
- Assist in leading operations team for implementation.
Implement HR Systems for Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensure HR systems comply with requirements.
- Propose and implement process improvements.
Run Compensation & Benefits Analytics:
- Set objectives for data analysis.
- Analyze HR data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement organization-wide performance policies.
- Support managers in communicating performance goals.
Compensation Management:
- Assist in designing and implementing compensation exercises.
- Conduct market benchmarking for competitiveness.
Core Requirements:
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in HR.
- Around 5 years of HR experience.
