Build your sales career where enterprise AI is heading next.

Every large company is now experimenting with AI – and almost none of them can control it. Teams use dozens of models and tools, costs grow unchecked, and sensitive data leaks into public services. The next big wave isn't just more AI – it's governed, private AI at enterprise scale. That's exactly what Aiboostr delivers, and that's the conversation you'll be leading with CIOs and CISOs.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the person taking Aiboostr to market. You will take full, end-to-end ownership of the commercial journey – from opening the first doors to closing and growing enterprise accounts. And you won't be starting from zero: Aiboostr is built and backed by Grape Up, alongside our established Cloudboostr platform.

Your mission? Make Aiboostr the go-to choice for enterprises that want to scale AI – including Private AI on their own infrastructure – without losing control over it.

You will report directly to a VP and work alongside a dedicated team, including a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Delivery, and Marketing team.

Where You’ll Focus (Your Target Markets)

Instead of shooting in the dark, your sales strategy will focus on high-potential market shifts:

The Shadow AI Challenge: Winning over enterprises where teams already use many AI tools, models and agents without central visibility – and whose CIOs and CISOs need one control plane for access, costs, security and auditability.
Private AI: Helping data-sensitive organizations run open-source LLMs and AI agents on their own infrastructure, with no external data exposure and no lock-in to a single AI provider.
Regulated Enterprises: Supporting companies in finance, automotive, manufacturing and aviation that need strong AI governance – policies, guardrails, a full AI inventory and audit trails – which also prepares them for regulations such as the EU AI Act.
Cloud Providers, Data Centers & Integrators: Building strategic partnerships that bring Aiboostr to more customers – it runs on any Kubernetes environment, on-premises, on regional or major public clouds, with no migration required.
