We are a growing company in the affiliate marketing industry, providing services and solutions for affiliates, media buyers, and agencies.
We develop our own products and fintech solutions, including advertising accounts and tools that help our clients manage their advertising activities.
We are currently looking for a Client Onboarding Manager / Lead to manage a small team of 3–4 people and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate a team of 3–4 Account Managers.
Oversee the onboarding of new clients.
Ensure the proper creation and setup of advertising accounts.
Monitor account functionality and make sure everything works correctly.
Distribute tasks and monitor the team's performance.
Help the team resolve operational issues.
Improve internal processes and ensure efficient workflows.
Communicate with other departments to solve client-related issues.
Requirements
Experience in Account Management or a similar role in Affiliate Marketing / Network.
Experience working with advertising accounts.
Understanding of affiliate marketing or media buying.
Previous team management experience or willingness to take on a leadership role.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to take responsibility and solve problems independently.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms.
Experience in fintech or affiliate marketing.
Experience with client onboarding and account setup.
