reelmix.ai is an AI trend-remix factory. We deconstruct viral videos (hook / structure / rhythm) and rebuild them for the client's product and AI-persona with voice + lipsync.

Product is ready, sales started Oct 20, public launch in November. Main market: US (second: RU). TAM: 31M users — ecom, UGC creators, faceless channels, OFM agencies, SaaS, content agencies.

There is no direct competitor doing full cycle: trend → mix → publish → analytics. Built by Alexey Mamonko, founder of "Kill Boredom" (Убей скуку).

The Mission

Own all revenue from acquisition. Build a predictable growth engine from 0→1 and scale to $1M GMV/mo.

You will own:

• All acquisition channels: organic content-farm (IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts), affiliates (Affonso Elite - 25% lifetime), influencers, clipping army, paid (【entity-Meta¦canonical_name=Meta】 / Google / TikTok)
• Funnel & monetization: trial → activation → retention → expansion
• Metrics: CAC ≤ $80, Payback ≤ 60 days, M3 breakeven, M6 EBITDA $100k/mo
• Team: build 3+ growth team + AI-agents
• Direct work with CEO / Founder, no bureaucracy

What you'll do (first 90 days)

• Ship 100s of remixed videos per week using our own product
• Launch affiliate program and get first 50 affiliates
• Test and scale 3 paid channels, find CAC ≤$80
• Build dashboard: CAC, LTV, Payback, MRR, affiliate revenue
• Hire clipper + UGC lead + affiliate manager

Who you are

• 3+ years in SaaS / AI-tools / creator economy / traffic arbitrage, US market 0→1 or 1→10
• Hybrid: performance marketing + viral organic. You live in dashboards, but can write a hook
• Hands-on: you launched campaigns yourself, not via agency
• Knows affiliate/CPA world (Partnerkin, Affonso etc.)
• Comfortable with creator economy including AI UGC / OFM verticals
• English+Russian B2+

Not a fit if:

• Brand marketer from corp without hands-on US numbers
• 2+ years no hands-on, only strategy
• Marketer of everything without real CAC / ROAS cases

Compensation

Competitive fixed ($2000-3000 based on interview) + KPI bonuses up to 25% quarterly + Phantom Options (12% pool, 3y vesting) + growth together with EBITDA. US market, remote, full-time exclusive.
