Royalty Staffing is seeking an experienced AV Transportation Recruiter to support hiring for a fast-growing autonomous vehicle (AV) transportation company. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring drivers and transportation-related talent. If you have transportation recruiting experience and a strong candidate network, we'd love to connect.
This role is commission only.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly
- Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus
- Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred
- AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus
