About Impactable Impactable is a fast-growing, LinkedIn-centric B2B marketing agency helping mid-market companies drive revenue through data-driven, multi-channel strategies. We're globally distributed across the U.S., Ukraine, and Serbia.

Position Overview This role produces high-quality video, copy, and design assets for our clients and handles our most advanced editing and design requests. You’ll work closely with the Content Strategy Lead to keep every deliverable polished, on-brand, and performance-optimized. Beyond your own client work, you’ll support quality review across the team and help raise the bar for production standards. We’re looking for a hands-on senior creative who has led projects or small teams, or is clearly ready to. As the team grows, there is a real path into a Content Production Lead role.

Key Responsibilities
Content Production
Own advanced and complex editing requests: multi-clip edits, motion elements, audio cleanup, and higher-production video
Edit short-form videos and audiograms (Descript); upload final assets to Ordinal
Produce branded graphics and carousels, and improve or extend Canva templates where needed
Write and refine LinkedIn post copy with strong hooks, CTAs, and audience relevance
Use AI tools to align content with each client’s tone of voice and to speed up production

Quality Assurance
Review teammates’ deliverables before client approval, and give clear, constructive feedback
Ensure work follows brand guidelines, client preferences, LinkedIn B2B best practices, and accessibility standards (captions, readability)
Apply the Content Evaluation Rubric consistently, targeting “Exceptional” quality across the team’s output
Spot recurring quality issues and propose fixes to templates, checklists, or workflows

Workflow & Collaboration
Manage your own tasks in ClickUp and help keep team deadlines on track
Flag blockers and capacity risks early to the Content Strategy Lead
Send client posts for approval at least one week before posting
Produce monthly client reports; attend bi-weekly team meetings
Act as a go-to point for execution questions from other specialists

Team Growth & Continuous Improvement
Support onboarding and mentoring of newer team members
Document production processes and best practices
Bring new tools, techniques, and efficiency ideas to team syncs
Apply insights from monthly reporting to future content

Success Metrics
95%+ of your assets delivered on time
<10% of deliverables need major revisions, for your own work and the work you QA
4.5+/5 internal CSAT from strategist partners
Measurable improvement in team quality scores on the Content Evaluation Rubric
Growth in 2+ competency areas per quarter, including leadership competencies

Required Skills
4+ years of video editing
3+ years of graphic design
Experience leading projects, coordinating others’ work, mentoring, or reviewing other creatives’ output
Advanced English (written & spoken)
Ghostwriting / B2B copywriting experience
PM tool experience (ClickUp, Asana, or Jira)
Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and independent execution
Hands-on use of AI tools in a creative workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Canva and Google Workspace proficiency

Desired Skills
Experience as a team lead or senior/lead creative in an agency
B2B marketing / LinkedIn content knowledge
Motion design or advanced audio editing
Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Final Cut, or Descript expertise
Social media analytics understanding
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications (preferred, not required)

Benefits
11 paid holidays per Ukrainian calendar
14 PTO days + 7 sick days annually (accrued after 90-day intro period)

Logistics
Preferred location: Ukraine
Monthly compensation: $1,800–$2,500 net, depending on experience
Working hours: 11:00–20:00 Kyiv time
