CTO / Technical Lead
We are seeking a CTO / Technical Lead for the development, technical launch, and further development of our platform. We require a strong technical leader who is skilled in architecture, team management, and is willing to contribute independently to development.
Who we're looking for
Experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Head of Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in developing and designing complex platforms.
Experience building scalable, stable, and secure architecture.
Deep understanding of backend, frontend, DevOps, and infrastructure.
Experience managing a team of developers, hiring, and developing specialists.
Ability to formulate a technical strategy, roadmap, and plan sprints and releases.
Experience conducting code reviews, code quality assurance, and implementing development standards.
Practical experience integrating with external services, operators, and aggregators.
Experience with production infrastructure, monitoring, logging, and backups.
Ability to take full responsibility for the technical aspects of the product, from architecture to commercial launch.
What you'll be doing
Develop the technical strategy and architecture of the platform.
Manage the development team and build effective processes.
Create a roadmap, plan sprints, and monitor releases.
Independently develop critical platform components.
Monitor code quality, product security, and stability.
Manage the technical infrastructure, integrations, and production environment.
Recruit developers and develop the technical team.
Ensure the technical readiness of the platform for launch and scalability.
