Customer Solution Engineer (gn)

As a Solution Engineer, you bring our software platform NOVA to life in real customer applications. You will work hands-on in projects delivered by our team and guide customers and partners in building their own solutions, ensuring they become successful and independent with our product., Customer projects (Wandelbots-delivered) You are part of our project teams: you help design, implement and commission robotic applications built on NOVA, from simulation to the real cell. You know these projects inside out and become the technical point of contact for the customer after go-live, including support and further development. Customer & partner projects You accompany projects that customers and integration partners implement themselves, as their technical sparring partner. You review solution architectures, help with tricky technical questions and unblock teams on site or remotely. Enablement You run trainings, workshops and onboarding sessions for customers and partners. You build example applications, templates and best practices, and contribute to our documentation. Product feedback You translate insights from the field into concrete product improvements together with Product and Engineering. You help to diagnose and resolve technical issues around NOVA, its SDKs and APIs., Several years of experience as an automation, robotics or application engineer, ideally in customer-facing projects.
