- +3 years of experience in data science or machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with classical ML pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of models such as XGBoost and LightGBM.
- Strong feature engineering skills.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Good knowledge of Python for data work (pandas, PySpark).
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
