- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in Heatcell development and HVAC engineering.
- Deep understanding of Heatcell technologies and their interaction with overall appliance functionality.
- Strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to mentor others and build organizational capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills.
