We are currentlylooking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Munich:Responsibilities Role Overview: We are looking for an experiencedDevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the CI/CDpipelines, infrastructure, and automation processes for ouron-premises identity management solutions. The ideal candidate willhave extensive experience with on-premises environments,infrastructure as code, and security best practices. This rolerequires a proactive and innovative mindset mixed with can do attitudeto optimize system performance and reliability. This position is basedin Munich, with frequent coordination with international teams andproject stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure &On-Premises Management : Design, deploy, and maintain scalableon-premise infrastructure, Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools, Ensure high availability,resilience, and security of on-premise environments. CI/CD PipelineImplementation: Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines forapplication deployment, Integrate automated testing, security scans,and monitoring tools into CI/CD workflows. Optimize deploymentstrategies for minimal downtime and rollback capabilities. Automation& Configuration Management: Automate deployment, scaling, and recoveryprocesses using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, orPowerShell, Implement containerization and orchestration solutionsusing Docker, Ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools intodevelopment and operational workflows, Monitoring, Logging &Performance Optimization : Implement monitoring and logging solutionsusing Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent tools, Analyzesystem performance metrics and optimize resource utilization, Developand maintain alerts and dashboards for real-time visibility. Security& Compliance : Ensure security best practices, including identity andaccess management (IAM), encryption, and network, security, Implementcompliance controls for GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and other industrystandards, Conduct regular security audits and vulnerabilityassessments. Collaboration & Agile Development: Work closely withdevelopment, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows,Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technicaldiscussions, Provide guidance and mentoring to junior DevOpsengineers. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ComputerScience, Software Engineering, or a related field, Minimum of 7 yearsof experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or on-premiseenvironment management, Extensive experience with on-premisesinfrastructure design and maintenance, Strong proficiency inInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.), Experience withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture,Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHubActions, Expertise in system monitoring, logging, and observabilitysolutions, Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell,Familiarity with security best practices in on-premises environments,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Strong collaborationand communication abilities. Fluency in English; knowledge ofPortuguese, French, or German is a plus.
