E-Commerce Coordinator

mfpen is searching for an E-Commerce Coordinator to facilitate webshop operations, supporting the growth of our direct-to-consumer business. In this role you will be guiding how we communicate with customers and how the brand is presented online. Whilst ensuring the related processes and logistics run efficiently.

The ideal candidate has experience with e-commerce and a genuine interest in the brand. A self-driven individual with strong written communication skills in English is essential. Someone who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

The position is full-time, based at our office in central Copenhagen five days a week.

**Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
**
· Webshop Management: maintain and develop our Shopify store, including product uploads, collection structuring, shipping and pricing.

· Product Content: write, update and optimise product descriptions, newsletters and other web copy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across all product related content.

· Process Efficiency: identify and streamline internal workflows across order management, shipping, returns, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Customer Service: manage customer inquiries alongside our Customer Service Assistant, nurturing a positive customer experience.

· Campaign Support: collaborate with the commercial and creative teams on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and newsletter content. Ensuring consistency and effectiveness in the brand message and product promotion from concept to execution.

Profile and qualifications:

· Based in Copenhagen (or willing to relocate at own expense)

· Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify

· Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Klaviyo

· Strong written communication skills in English

· Structured and self-driven

· A genuine interest in the brand and the type products we make

· Good communication skills — a natural service mindset

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
