Join an Assetization Squad within the AI Center of Excellence at Nationale Nederlanden (NN), where we develop reusable AI assets, collaborate across business units, and drive strategic innovation. As a GenAI Engineer in an assetization squad, you will work in a cross-functional, agile team to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI applications that enhance customer services and operational efficiency. What you are going to do You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reusable AI components and solutions that address real business challenges across NN. Your work will span from requirement definition to production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with other GenAI engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust, reusable AI assets.
