Utrecht Senior 36 uur per week Startdatum op 23 november Interim opdracht 8 Uur geleden Floor Manager Customer Datacenters We are looking for a Floor Manager Customer Datacenters to oversee maintenance activities and physical changes within technical ICT environments. You will ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). You will coordinate third-party activities, manage physical infrastructure assets and contribute to the quality and continuity of the customer's data center and network infrastructure. Your Responsibilities - Coordination of activities: Direct and coordinate planned activities performed by third parties within technical ICT rooms. - Change management: Assess and approve changes involving physical work at customer locations. - Asset management: Ensure that all physical infrastructure assets are accurately and completely registered in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - Stock management: Maintain sufficient stock of data center infrastructure materials and housing components to support incident resolution within agreed SLAs and the timely execution of planned changes. - Quality management: Monitor and continuously improve the quality, reliability and condition of technical ICT rooms. - Access management: Process and maintain access authorizations for ICT areas using the customer's access pass system. Department You will join the Network Infrastructure & Housing team , which is responsible for delivering connectivity solutions and maintaining the customer's network and telecommunications infrastructure. The team's fiber-optic infrastructure connects more than 1,400 customer locations. Together with the data centers, it forms the foundation for connectivity and future developments within the railway environment.
