About WONDER

WONDER is an AI-native relationship intelligence company reimagining how people understand themselves, connect with others, and build meaningful relationships.

At the intersection of artificial intelligence, behavioral science, and human connection, we're developing a new approach to relationship formation—one rooted in understanding people beyond profiles, superficial preferences, and conventional compatibility algorithms.

Our initial product combines multidimensional personal understanding, adaptive AI experiences, and intentional introductions. Our broader vision extends beyond dating toward a comprehensive relationship-intelligence ecosystem.

We've developed an initial product, established early market interest, and are preparing for our first market launch and pre-seed financing.

We're now looking for an exceptional creative operator to build the brand, audience, and cultural momentum that will bring WONDER into the world.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Founding Head of Brand & Community to take ownership of WONDER's brand development, creative strategy, content production, organic audience growth, and community-building initiatives.

This is a hands-on founding role for someone who understands how brands become culturally relevant—and knows how to make that happen with limited resources.

We are not looking for a traditional marketing manager, social media coordinator, or creative director whose primary experience involves managing agencies and teams.

We're looking for someone who can conceive the idea, create the content, publish it, measure its performance, and continuously improve the strategy.

You will be responsible for building WONDER's public identity and establishing an engaged audience before the product's broader launch.

Your mandate is to transform WONDER from an emerging startup into a recognizable, culturally resonant consumer brand with an active community and measurable organic demand.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to translate the company's vision and positioning into a distinctive, cohesive, and scalable brand ecosystem.

What You'll Own

1. Brand Strategy & Cultural Positioning

Build and maintain a distinctive brand identity capable of developing long-term cultural relevance.

  • Develop WONDER's brand strategy, creative direction, voice, messaging, and cultural positioning in collaboration with the Founder.
  • Translate the company's philosophy into compelling narratives that resonate with its target audiences.
  • Establish recognizable visual, verbal, and editorial systems across all public-facing channels.
  • Develop recurring themes, content formats, storytelling frameworks, and brand expressions that create familiarity and recognition.
  • Identify relevant cultural conversations, emerging trends, and audience behaviors that align with WONDER's positioning.
  • Maintain consistency across social media, digital content, community experiences, partnerships, and launch campaigns.
  • Develop a brand identity that feels distinctive, intelligent, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant without relying on generic dating-app conventions.

Primary accountability: Build a recognizable consumer brand that audiences actively identify with, discuss, and share.

2. Content Strategy, Production & Distribution

Own the development and execution of a high-volume, high-quality organic content engine.

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and other strategically relevant platforms.
  • Personally create, edit, publish, and optimize short-form videos, visual content, carousels, written content, and social-first campaigns.
  • Establish a repeatable production workflow capable of supporting consistent, high-frequency publishing.
  • Develop original content concepts rooted in psychology, relationships, human behavior, identity, interpersonal dynamics, and contemporary culture.
  • Experiment with emerging formats, creative tools, AI-assisted production workflows, and platform-specific distribution strategies.
  • Build a content calendar that balances recurring series, reactive cultural content, product storytelling, and audience participation.
  • Test hooks, formats, messaging, posting strategies, and creative variations to improve performance.
  • Analyze content performance and use measurable insights to guide subsequent production.
  • Repurpose successful content across platforms while preserving native format and audience relevance.

The objective is not simply to publish frequently. It is to develop a sustainable system for producing content that consistently earns attention, drives engagement, and strengthens brand recognition.

Primary accountability: Establish and operate an effective organic content engine that produces measurable audience growth and qualified interest in WONDER.

3. Audience Growth & Community Development

Transform initial brand awareness into an engaged, self-reinforcing community.

  • Develop strategies for attracting and retaining audiences aligned with WONDER's initial customer segments.
  • Build relationships with early supporters, prospective users, and community advocates.
  • Develop interactive content formats that encourage conversation, participation, sharing, and repeat engagement.
  • Create community initiatives, recurring experiences, and audience participation opportunities that reinforce brand identity.
  • Design referral and ambassador initiatives to support organic distribution.
  • Establish appropriate community engagement practices and moderation standards.
  • Develop pathways that convert social audiences into waitlist signups, beta participants, and eventual customers.
  • Track audience growth, engagement quality, referral activity, waitlist conversion, and community participation.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen belonging and participation without relying on manipulative engagement tactics.

Primary accountability: Build a highly engaged audience that extends beyond passive followers and contributes directly to WONDER's launch readiness.

4. Creator Partnerships & Cultural Distribution

Develop a network of creators, collaborators, and community partners capable of amplifying WONDER's reach.

  • Identify creators and communities aligned with WONDER's positioning and target audience.
  • Independently source, approach, and develop relationships with relevant creators and cultural partners.
  • Design creative collaborations, co-created content, and community-led campaigns.
  • Develop low-cost and mutually beneficial partnership structures appropriate for an early-stage company.
  • Coordinate creator content, messaging, distribution, and campaign execution.
  • Measure partnership effectiveness through reach, engagement, audience quality, and conversion.
  • Build a repeatable creator partnership pipeline that can scale as the company grows.

Particular interest will be given to candidates familiar with communities surrounding neurodivergence, personal development, psychology, relationships, and emerging consumer technology.

5. Pre-Launch Campaigns & Product Storytelling

Own the creative execution of WONDER's pre-launch and launch communications.

  • Develop a phased pre-launch content and community strategy designed to build awareness, anticipation, and qualified demand.
  • Establish clear campaign narratives that communicate WONDER's purpose, differentiation, and product value.
  • Create launch assets, announcements, promotional content, and community-facing communications.
  • Develop campaigns that introduce the product without compromising the broader brand's long-term cultural positioning.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head of Growth & Capital Strategy to align brand initiatives with acquisition targets and launch milestones.
  • Support early-access campaigns, beta recruitment, referral initiatives, and community activation.
  • Monitor launch-related engagement and conversion metrics and adjust creative strategy accordingly.

Primary accountability: Build meaningful market anticipation and convert cultural attention into measurable launch participation.

6. Brand Analytics & Creative Performance

Establish clear systems for evaluating brand development and organic growth.

  • Define measurable objectives for audience growth, engagement, content performance, and brand-driven acquisition.
  • Build dashboards tracking reach, follower growth, engagement, sharing, qualified website traffic, waitlist conversions, and referral activity.
  • Evaluate content effectiveness beyond vanity metrics.
  • Identify patterns in high-performing content and translate findings into repeatable creative strategies.
  • Conduct regular competitive and cultural analysis.
  • Present weekly performance updates, experiments, insights, and recommended changes.
  • Manage the brand and content function within agreed resource constraints.

Initial 90-Day Expectations

The successful candidate will develop and execute an initial 90-day brand and audience-building plan.

Days 1–30: Brand Foundation & Content Infrastructure

  • Assess WONDER's existing positioning, visual identity, audience, and communication channels.

  • Develop and begin implementing the approved pre-launch campaign.
  • Demonstrate measurable growth in qualified audience reach, engagement, and waitlist acquisition.
  • Establish repeatable systems for content production, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Present a six-month brand, community, and organic growth roadmap.

Specific publishing volumes, audience targets, and acquisition milestones will be established collaboratively based on available resources, initial performance, and product launch timing.

Performance will be evaluated on creative quality, consistency of execution, organic audience growth, meaningful engagement, qualified conversions, and demonstrated ability to build sustainable cultural relevance.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience building and growing a consumer brand, creator platform, media property, or engaged digital community.
  • Proven ability to personally develop, produce, edit, and publish compelling social-first content.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and contemporary digital content distribution.
  • Experience developing brand positioning, creative concepts, and cohesive visual and verbal identities.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow an audience organically with limited paid advertising.
  • Proficiency with relevant creative tools, including video editing, graphic design, and content production software.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
  • Ability to interpret performance analytics and translate findings into actionable creative decisions.
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging content formats, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to independently manage creative production from concept through publication.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with limited infrastructure and substantial autonomy.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience building a brand or creator account from zero to a substantial, engaged audience.
  • Demonstrated success creating viral or consistently high-performing organic content.
  • Experience launching or growing a consumer technology product.
  • Experience building communities around identity, lifestyle, psychology, relationships, or personal development.
  • Established relationships with relevant creators, community leaders, or digital media personalities.
  • Experience with referral programs, ambassador initiatives, and community-led acquisition.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content production and emerging creative technologies.
  • Previous founding-team, startup, or independent entrepreneurial experience.
  • Ability to work across brand strategy, design, copywriting, video production, and community development.

We care more about what you've created and grown than your degree, previous title, or the prestige of companies you've worked for.

Who We're Looking For

You're a creative builder with exceptional taste, cultural awareness, and the ability to execute.

You understand why certain brands become part of people's identities while others disappear into an endless stream of interchangeable content.

You recognize emerging cultural shifts before they become obvious, but you don't confuse trend participation with brand-building.

You can develop a compelling creative concept, produce the assets yourself, distribute them effectively, and determine whether the results justify repeating or refining the approach.

You're equally comfortable thinking about brand philosophy and editing a short-form video.

You have strong creative instincts, but you're not precious about your ideas. You test, measure, adapt, and improve.

You don't need a large budget, production team, or agency to create meaningful momentum.

You're interested in the psychology of human connection and understand how to build a brand that people genuinely want to engage with.

Above all, you want to help create something culturally distinctive—not simply market another technology product.

Compensation & Founding Opportunity

WONDER is currently pre-seed and not yet funded.

This is an equity-first founding opportunity for someone interested in taking meaningful ownership of a consumer brand at its earliest stage.

  • Proposed equity range: 0.5–1.5%, negotiable based on experience, commitment, and responsibilities.
  • Equity participation subject to vesting and definitive agreements.
  • No guaranteed cash salary is currently available.
  • Anticipated post-funding base salary of $100,000–$140,000, subject to financing, company budget, and mutually agreed terms.
  • Initial time commitment and transition to a salaried position to be established before engagement.

Candidates should understand the financial uncertainty, resource constraints, and execution demands associated with joining an early-stage venture.

We are seeking someone motivated by creative ownership, long-term value creation, and the opportunity to build a culturally significant consumer brand.
