Compensation: $140k – $180k • 0.75% – 1.5%

Responsibilities
- Build modern web applications using - React, TypeScript, Tailwind / modern CSS frameworks
- Create beautiful financial dashboards
- Build interactive data visualizations
- Design onboarding experiences that increase activation
- Improve application speed and usability
- Establish frontend engineering practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years frontend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, with experience building modern, user-centric interfaces
- Solid understanding of Web Development and Software Development fundamentals, including performance optimization and maintainable code practices
- Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs to effectively integrate front-end experiences with services and data
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar), HTML5, CSS3, and component-based architectures
- Experience designing and implementing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech, financial services, or marketplaces
- Ability to work in a fast-paced founding environment, taking ownership of features from concept to deployment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable partnering with product, design, and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
