At Soverin, you work on the core product behind secure email, webmail, control panels and internal tooling - with direct impact on reliability, usability and privacy. You will join a team of engineers, ops specialists and privacy advocates building a secure email ecosystem. This is a role for a hands-on developer who likes working across backend, frontend and platform reliability. Uw rol As a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer, you help improve Soverin's core platform. You work on customer-facing applications, internal tools and the architecture that keeps the platform stable and easy to use. Your work includes: - Maintaining and improving backend and frontend architecture with Ruby on Rails, Turbo and Stimulus. - Building internal tools that help support and operations teams work faster and reduce support load. - Contributing to customer-facing applications such as webmail and control panels. - Working with support and operations teams to identify bugs, improve usability and increase platform stability. - Improving automation, system reliability and operational workflows. - Contributing to infrastructure and platform innovation projects. - Keeping the issue tracker in YouTrack structured and up to date.
