SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Generator Technician to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.
Essential Job Duties
- Capable of troubleshooting engines, fuel systems, controls, and generators using prints,
- diagrams, and specifications.
- Capable of maintaining and operating megawatt rated high amperage and high voltage generators.
- Knowledge of working with and monitoring contracted maintenance services.
- Provide guidance and oversight for any person under their supervision.
- Willingness to work on-call, rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope Secret security clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent, vocational or trade school graduate or equivalent apprenticeship.
- Minimum eight (8) years of generator maintenance experience, three (3) of which in a lead or supervisory role.
Work Environment
- Must reside at an overseas location.
- Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.
- Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
