Global Reward Specialist - Job Architecture, Compensation & Pay Transparency
Do you enjoy working with the structures behind fair and competitive pay? And would you like to take ownership of how job architecture, salary structures and Reward practices work across countries and entities?
This is your opportunity to take ownership of key Reward frameworks and help us mature how we work with Reward across ABENA.
As our new Global Reward Specialist, you will take ownership of key areas of our global Reward approach across countries and entities, from job architecture, salary structures and benchmarking to pay equity and Pay Transparency.
It is a role for someone who enjoys both the detail and the bigger picture: working hands-on with Reward data and frameworks while helping HR and leaders make consistent, well-informed decisions and building robust business processes.
And you will not be starting from a blank page. Important foundations are already in place. Your role is to take them further: strengthen our Reward framework, mature our approach to Pay Transparency, and turn structures and data into robust global reward practices that support consistent and well-informed decisions across ABENA.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Own and further develop ABENA’s reward framework, including pay policy, salary and bonus structures, pay ranges and related governance.
- Own and continuously improve our global job architecture, ensuring consistent job evaluation, levels and career paths across the organization.
- Drive and mature our Pay Transparency efforts, including pay equity analyses, pay-gap reporting, related governance and long-term compliance.
- Lead relevant recurring reward processes such as annual salary reviews and compensation analyses.
- Turn reward data into clear recommendations supporting pay decisions, internal equity and competitiveness.
- Advise HR and leaders on reward decisions, job leveling, promotions, new roles and organizational changes.
- Develop communication, training and guidance materials that strengthen reward capabilities and ensure consistent understanding and application of reward principles across ABENA.
What we are looking for
- A proven track record working within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, ideally from an international organization.
- Hands-on experience with job architecture, job evaluation, salary structures, and compensation.
- Strong knowledge of pay equity and EU Pay Transparency, with the ability to turn requirements into practical processes and governance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate compensation data into clear insights and recommendations.
- A pragmatic and hands-on approach, with the confidence to advise and challenge HR colleagues and leaders across countries and functions.
- Strong Excel and HR systems understanding, together with fluent English and Danish.
