Google Ads Media Buyer - White-hat Verticals

We are a media buying team working with Google Ads and looking for a high-performing Google Ads Media Buyer who knows how to launch, test, and scale campaigns for white-hat verticals.

📌 What you will do:
Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and PMax.
Successfully manage and scale monthly ad spend ($60k+) while keeping target ROAS/CPA.
Test new offers, landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates.
Track key metrics (CPC, CR, ROAS, ROI), identify growth opportunities, and eliminate underperforming placements/keywords.

🔑 Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen).
Proven experience managing an ad spend of $60,000+ per month.
Hands-on experience with E-commerce, Dropshipping, Physical Goods, Lead Generation, SaaS, EdTech, Installs, Local Services, or Health & Wellness.
Ability to build, launch, test, and scale campaigns autonomously without micromanagement.

🎯 Nice-to-haves:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads policies, compliance, and ban prevention/appeal protocols.
Experience with landing pages, funnel optimization, and creative angle testing.
Familiarity with additional traffic sources (Meta, TikTok) as a bonus.
