Hairdresser cum Spa Therapist
Provide professional hairdressing services, including haircuts, hairstyling, coloring, blow-drying, and hair treatments.
Conduct consultations to understand guests' preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and hair care products.
Perform a range of spa and wellness treatments, including massages, body treatments, and other assigned therapies.
Ensure personalized service by maintaining guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout each treatment.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the salon, spa treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of salon and spa products and equipment.
Recommend and promote appropriate salon and spa treatments, packages, and retail products to guests.
Monitor product inventory and report stock requirements to the immediate supervisor.
Maintain professional grooming, conduct, and service standards at all times.
Support the achievement of departmental revenue targets and guest satisfaction objectives.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Diploma or professional certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Therapy.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a salon, spa, wellness centre, or hospitality environment.
Proficient in hair cutting, styling, coloring, blow-drying, and various hair care treatments.
Knowledge and practical experience in massage techniques, body treatments, and spa therapies.
Good understanding of salon and spa hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Strong guest service and communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to individual guest needs.
Ability to recommend suitable treatments, hair care products, and spa services.
Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
