The role Nebius is building and deploying large-scale AI infrastructure across multiple data centers. Our Hardware Deployment Engineering team is responsible for the technical bring-up, validation, troubleshooting and handover of new GPU, compute and storage infrastructure. We are looking for a Hardware Deployment Engineering Team Lead to manage and develop the Deployment Engineering team across EMEA. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines people management, capacity planning, project coordination and infrastructure engineering. You will lead engineers working across new data center launches and expansion projects. You will also serve as the primary point of contact between Deployment Engineering, project management, Data Center Operations and other engineering teams & will report to the Head of Hardware Delivery and Deployment.
