Our Offer:- Exciting jobs at interesting companies such as Airbus Operations, Airbus Defence & Space, and the aerospace supply industry- Attractive and fair salary conditions- Comprehensive employee benefits program "Orizon PlusPunkte"- Training measures suiting your tasks and activities- Up to 30 days of annual leave- Personal support and qualified advice at the Unit Aviation offices, Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Stade, Augsburg, Munich, or BremenYour Prospective Job:For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as HMI Software Integration & Verification Engineer (m/f/d) at the location Manching.Your Responsibilities:- Integrate the HMI subsystem with other system components on various test environments and target devices- Ensure correct configuration and seamless end-to-end operation- Set up, configure, and maintain test devices and environments, including software deployment, device configuration, and troubleshooting- Analyze and resolve integration issues, coordinating with the responsible subsystem and software teams- Define, implement, and execute tests to verify HMI functionality, system integration, and compliance with requirements- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve automated tests and test infrastructure- Increase test coverage, repeatability, and efficiency- Analyze test results, investigate and document failures- Contribute to requirements engineering by reviewing, refining and clarifying requirements, band deriving verifable test cases and acceptance criteria- Maintain test documentation, verification evidence, and integration status- Ensure transparent reporting of quality and project progressYour Profile:- Completed studies in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or comparable- Many years of professional experience in IT / Information Technology and Aerospace Engineering- Experience in software integration and software/ system verification, including test design, test execution, and test automation- Experience in military flight training devices, or military flight simulation systems is advantageous- Strong user with Linux administration, including command-line tools, system configuration, software installation, serice management, permissions, networking, and log analysis- Good understanding of modern software development and integration methodologies (Agile, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, testing, debugging)- Very good user skills in Python- Skills in automated testing frameworks (e.g. Qt Squish)and with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, XRay) is advantageous- Fluent German and English skills spoken and writtenYour Partner:Orizon GmbH is your capable partner when it comes to standing out from the crowd on the labour market.
