You'll be part of the IT department and help users with their questions. You'll handle support requests and ensure that people can get back to work quickly. You'll work with tickets, systems, and equipment. You'll primarily assist with questions about Windows and Microsoft 365. - You'll receive reports and questions via phone, email, and tickets - You'll resolve issues or escalate them to IT colleagues - You manage accounts, permissions, and equipment - You document solutions in the ticket system - You assist users with Windows and Microsoft 365 Who are you?
