YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO
As International Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine (m/f/d) you will work closely with our Italian team to shape and develop Italian cuisine across the DO & CO Group.
Your main responsibilities:
- Culinary leadership and operational responsibility at international catering events
- Working at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™
- Ensuring the highest quality and service standards
- Leading and coordinating international kitchen teams
- Development of menus and food concepts
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- 6+ years of professional experience in luxury gastronomy with a focus on Italian cuisine
- Completed culinary training
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to F1 races internationally
- Efficient and flexible working style
- Performance-driven mindset and strong team spirit
- Valid work permit for Austria
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFE
A gross monthly salary of €5,500 per month on a full-time basis (All-In contract). Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreement. Additional compensation for F1 event assignments.
Must be willing to relocate to Vienna. A valid work permit for Austria is required.
