- Manage endpoint administration, including device enrollment, configuration, and security policy enforcement
- Oversee SaaS platforms, user provisioning, account management, and authentication services
- Build and support onboarding/offboarding workflows and access control systems using RBAC, SSO, and MFA
- Create automation scripts and streamline repetitive IT processes through scripting and tooling improvements
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, and change management logs
- Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration, including participation in Infrastructure as Code efforts
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and help maintain security controls aligned with audit standards
- Track and report IT performance metrics, security indicators, and compliance status
- Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and enhance service reliability
- Provide operational support for distributed systems, SaaS applications, and endpoint environments across global teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar technical role
- Experience managing endpoint tools such as Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Cloudflare
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts such as RBAC, SSO, and MFA
- Experience with scripting/automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and structured change management practices
- Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST guidelines
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and support a globally distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment
