• Standardize definitions of completion, testing depth, and review quality across multiple teams to enhance overall performance and outcomes.
• Align weekly consumption of resources with project milestones and deliverables, ensuring efficient use of time and budget.
• Enforce asynchronous rituals and establish clear ownership and decision records in accordance with the hybrid work mode.
