As a Lead Systems Engineer, you apply and strengthen systems engineering within complex offshore projects, such as floating offshore transformer stations. You ensure that requirements are clearly captured, structured, and translated into practical design criteria. You turn requirements into concrete choices and support project teams in working in a structured and effective way. As a key link between clients and multidisciplinary teams, you ensure information remains consistent, traceable, and usable throughout all project phases.
