Maintenance Associate

• Ensures buildings are maintained and presentable and in operational condition
• General upkeep including: Replacing light bulbs, patching and touching up paint as needed, inspecting and report stains or similar damager that cannot be repaired, handling maintenance tasks around the campus.
• Completing special tasks as assigned

• experience with facility maintenance or a background in related trades strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Proficiency in using computer and email
