In this role, you will manage and optimise digital campaigns across multiple verticals, driving results and scaling performance. Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across social, display, and e-commerce channels. - Manage and scale offers in verticals such as health/wellness, e-commerce, and sweepstakes. - Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot technical or optimisation issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and maximise results. - Test and iterate creatives, targeting, and campaign structures for continuous improvement. Requirements - Mid- to senior-level experience in media buying or digital advertising. - Proven track record managing campaigns in high-volume, performance-focused environments. - Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot issues independently. - Comfortable working in European or EMEA time zones with flexible hours. - Fluent in English. - Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
