Moving Sales Representative

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced cross-country moving professional to join our team as a Moving Sales Representative for the US market. This role sits at the intersection of sales and operations — you'll work directly with clients from their first inquiry through move day, turning leads into booked jobs and making sure every move runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with clients about their upcoming long-distance move: answer questions, build trust, and guide them through the process
• Convert inbound leads into sales by preparing accurate quotes and closing deals
• Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed order
• Pass move details along to our operations team (scheduling, carrier assignment, documentation) and stay the customer's single point of contact throughout
• Track and manage your pipeline of leads and active jobs
• Build long-term relationships with clients that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

What You Need:

• Proven experience in the US cross-country / long-distance moving industry (brokerage, carrier, or van line experience)
• Strong track record in sales — comfortable working leads, handling objections, and closing
• Solid understanding of moving industry operations: quoting, tariffs, dispatch, carrier coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Available to work the shift 8AM-4PM CST (US hours) to align with US-based clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deals at once
• A growth mindset — someone who wants to build a career here, not just fill a seat.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
