As Operations Engineer you work across different products within our platform. One product runs on a fleet of dedicated per-customer servers; the other is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Both use IIS and SQL Server, alongside Azure services. You split your time roughly 80% DevOps and 20% data \& development, with the work focused mainly on SQL and monitoring and fixing data issues. You own and improve our CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, database operations and monitoring across both products. You also contribute to the gradual modernisation of our platforms, containerisation, wider use of Azure services and centralised monitoring, while keeping existing production environments reliable. We are looking for an experienced engineer who works independently, troubleshoots across application and infrastructure layers, and spots practical improvements to our development and operational processes. **Your growth at Atrea** You start by getting to know Atrea, our customers, the products and how they are built, deployed and run today.
