PMO Lead, Aviation
Purpose
Lead the Program Management Office and establish governance, reporting, performance management, and project assurance frameworks across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting processes.
- Manage program reporting, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Coordinate strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Maintain risk, issue, action, and change management systems.
- Provide oversight across all project workstreams.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and governance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in major infrastructure, aviation, transportation or airport developments.
- Minimum 10 years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or equivalent mega-projects.
- Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, systems, commissioning and operational readiness.
