Principal Engineer – Smart Rooms / Virtual Care We are looking for a hands-on Principal Engineer to support a few initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong architecture skills with the ability to contribute directly to implementation, troubleshooting, code/PR reviews, and technical integration work.

Must-have skills

• Strong hands-on experience with healthcare integrations, including Epic, HL7, and FHIR APIs
• Experience with hardware/device integrations and connecting clinical devices into enterprise applications
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide implementation
• Experience working with SaaS/vendor platforms and external technology partners
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, proactively remove blockers, and drive issues to resolution

Nice-to-have skills

• Familiarity with enterprise governance, access, security, and third-party/vendor onboarding processes
• Prior experience operating at a Principal Engineer or senior technical lead level in a large healthcare or regulated enterprise environment
