- Act as a trusted executive advisor to Sprinklr’s largest and most complex enterprise customers
- Own end-to-end architectural strategy for largescale, multiyear transformation programs
- Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges
- Influence Sprinklr’s product and platform roadmap through deep customer insight
- Establish reference architectures and best practices across the global SA organization
- Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects and elevate technical excellence
- Represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI powered CX and enterprise architecture
- 5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments
- Deep expertise in AI, automation, and machine learning
- Strong executive presence and strategic influence
- Proven leadership in multi‑cloud, hybrid cloud, and real-time data architectures
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s strongly preferred
