Position Description:
Product Builders turn customer problems into working software. You combine engineering ability, product thinking, and design judgment, using AI throughout discovery, implementation, and delivery. You can take an ambiguous opportunity, build something useful, and stay with it through production and real-world usage.
You work with AI daily and continually push its capabilities. You improve your own harnesses, build experiments, and recognize when a new capability makes a better product possible. The work can span payments, consumer applications, enterprise products, platforms, and experiences for both people and software agents.
You work on a small team accountable for a business outcome. A Lead Builder, or a Senior or Principal Builder assigned to the team, sets the direction on what to build and why. You own how your part gets built.
Position Location:
Remote, United States
Reports To:
VP, Product Delivery
What We’re Looking For:
· A record of building and shipping software that real users depend on. Engineering, product, design, and founder backgrounds are welcome; evidence of delivery matters most.
· Technical fluency sufficient to implement, debug, and operate production software, with depth in at least one discipline such as engineering, product, design, or data.
· AI as a daily working method. You have used coding agents and other AI tools on shipped work, improved your own setup, and can demonstrate how they change what you accomplish.
· Regular experimentation with new AI capabilities, backed by working projects and a clear view of what those capabilities can and cannot do.
· Product sense, design judgment, and data fluency. You understand customer needs, scope useful solutions, and assess whether they worked.
· Strong verification habits and clear communication. You can identify plausible but incorrect output, explain trade-offs, and involve specialists when needed.
Additional skills:
· Comfort working directly in customer and partner environments, including forward-deployment settings.
· Ability to balance speed, maintainability, security, privacy, and applicable compliance requirements in production work.
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
· Understand problems directly from customers and users. Shape a solution, define the intended outcome, and build the smallest useful version that tests your thinking.
· Write and ship production code across interfaces, APIs, integrations, data, and agent workflows. Make practical product and experience decisions as you build.
· Use AI agents throughout research, design, implementation, testing, and debugging. Develop reusable skills, tools, and context that improve how you deliver.
· Experiment regularly with new models and capabilities. Turn the ones that work into product features and share what you learn.
· Judge where a product creates lasting value, whether through domain context, integrations, execution, experience, or feedback. Choose models, code, or existing tools to fit the problem.
· Own tests, observability, failure handling, and maintainability. Verify AI-generated output and build security, privacy, and applicable compliance into production work.
· Work directly in customer and partner environments, including forward deployment. Learn how customers work, deliver integrations, and carry what you learn into reusable capabilities.
· Instrument what you ship, evaluate adoption and outcomes, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.
AI Integration:
· Leverage AI agents and emerging model capabilities to accelerate product discovery, software development, testing, debugging, and delivery while applying strong verification, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
