Project Coordinator
Summary
The Project Coordinator runs multiple website development projects (1–6 months each) from requirements through launch and support, coordinating clients, designers, copywriters, and programmers using Teamwork.com, Google Docs, Skype, and email. Knowledge of website design and online marketing is essential.
Looking for a detail oriented and organized person to manage multiple projects.
We are a website development company that work on 10 to 20 website development projects at any single time.
Each project lasts between 1 month to 6 months, and has multiple stages including:
- Gathering requirements
- Copywriting / Content Collection
- Creative design
- Coding & System Setup
- Testing & Launching
- Training & Support
Each project involves many people who need constant followup:
- Client
- Designer
- Copywriter
- Programmer
The right project manager candidate will be responsible for insuring that each project is moving according to Workflow and that all people involved in the projects are working on the right tasks.
Tools that we use for managing projects and communication:
- Online project management tool (Teamwork.com)
- Upwork
- Skype
- Google Docs & Spreadsheet
Knowledge of website design process and online marketing is essential.
