Quality Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Manager - Construction Engineer to join our organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. You will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain excellence throughout project execution.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with international standards and local Saudi construction codes
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards
• Analyze construction materials, workmanship, and installation methods to identify defects and non-conformances
• Document quality issues, prepare detailed inspection reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality concerns and ensure timely remediation
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics and project compliance
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure clarity and adherence to quality requirements
• Maintain organized quality documentation, records, and databases for all projects and inspections
• Provide technical guidance and training to site personnel on quality standards and best practices
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop solutions that balance quality, schedule, and cost objectives

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quality management within the construction or engineering industry
• Proven expertise in construction quality assurance, inspection protocols, and defect analysis
• Strong knowledge of international construction standards ISOs and Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in quality management systems and construction documentation software
• Experience with CAD software and digital inspection tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Familiarity with material testing procedures and construction methodologies
• Preferred: Quality management certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent)
• Preferred: Construction-related professional certifications or credentials
• Preferred: Experience working on large-scale construction projects in the Middle East region
