Our international FMCG partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a field sales team across Eastern Hungary. The company is a market-leading player with a strong portfolio of brands and a people-focused culture that values performance, collaboration, and continuous development.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, market share growth, distribution, product availability, and commercial execution within your region. You will lead a team of approximately 10 Sales Representatives, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the successful implementation of the company's commercial strategy.
- University degree.
- Previous sales experience combined with people management responsibilities.
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
- Experience working with sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and results-driven approach.
