REMOTE (US) or Austin, TX
I'm building applyapply — it runs a serious job search overnight: matching roles, tailored resumes, cover notes, and answers so applications take minutes instead of hours. Live product. https://applyapply.xyz
Hiring two founding roles:
1) Founding Engineer — $140–170k + meaningful founding equity Own the product end-to-end: sourcing, resume-per-posting pipeline, Chrome extension, reliability. Full-stack + LLM/API work. Bias to ship; keep candidate achievements intact (no bland rewrites). Apply: https://applyapply.xyz/jobs/founding-engineer
2) Founding Growth — $110–140k + meaningful founding equity Own how people find applyapply: channels, content, experiments, conversion. Partner with eng on the product surfaces that drive adoption. You've grown a consumer/prosumer product (or built something that spread without a big brand budget). Apply: https://applyapply.xyz/jobs/founding-growth
Both: remote US preferred, Austin OK.
