This role goes beyond traditional business analysis by actively building functional solutions-translating complex processes into clear, actionable requirements, business rules, flows, and specifications that empower development teams to deliver effectively. Responsibilities - Translate complex business challenges into clear and detailed functional requirements. - Elaborate processes, business rules, data objects, and functional dependencies. - Convert high-level features into concrete specifications and scenarios. - Engage with or deepen expertise in Specification by Example, BDD (Behavior Driven Development), and ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development). - Functionally validate that delivered solutions align with described requirements and flows. - Define features, modifications, and change requests collaboratively within a Scrum team. - Work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. - Contribute to the evolution of specification methods and support colleagues in adopting new practices.
