Comment allez-vous faire la différence à ce poste ?
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Supply Chain d'Amiens et en collaboration étroite avec le Responsable distribution des pièce de rechange de Neuville-en-Ferrain, vous prenez la responsabilité des activités magasins sur deux sites stratégiques des Hauts-de-France. Vous dirigerez une équipe de 50 personnes environ et êtes garant(e) de la performance opérationnelle, de la fiabilité des stocks, de la sécurité et de l'amélioration continue de votre périmètre.
Ce que nous aimerions retrouver chez vous ?
- Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Logistique, Supply Chain ou Transport.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en management d'entrepôt ou de plateforme logistique.
- Expérience de management d'équipe
- Expérience multisite appréciée.
- Maîtrise des outils de pilotage de la performance et des démarches Lean.
- Anglais opérationnel
- Autorisation à travailler en U.E..
