  • Generate new business. Prospect, qualify and secure new accounts across corporate, aviation, consulting, training, government-related, sports and other relevant business segments.

• Grow account production. Develop account plans, conduct regular sales calls and manage assigned accounts to increase contracted room nights, market share and repeat business.

• Manage the sales pipeline. Maintain a disciplined pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, with next actions, expected value, decision-makers and accurate CRM updates.

• Handle corporate contracting. Prepare corporate rate proposals, negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and coordinate RFP submissions, renewals and negotiated-rate reviews.

• Sell the complete destination. Promote guestrooms, extended stays, meeting spaces, dining and recreational facilities; identify cross-selling opportunities with Meetings & Events.

• Represent the hotel. Conduct client appointments, site inspections, familiarisation visits, networking engagements and relevant trade activities.

• Partner internally. Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Events to ensure commercially sound offers and a smooth client experience.

• Review results. Monitor production against targets, analyse business won or lost, track competitor activity and recommend corrective action when needed.

• At least 2 years’ experience in proactive hotel sales, ideally within Dubai/UAE corporate sales or an equivalent business-development role.

• Evidence of new-account acquisition and an existing network of corporate buyers, travel managers or business decision-makers is strongly preferred.

• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills; comfortable meeting clients independently.

• Sound understanding of hotel corporate contracting, RFPs, room revenue fundamentals and account production.

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are advantageous.

• Confident user of MS Office and CRM/sales reporting systems; valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
