Senior Backend Developer (Betting domain)

About the role
We're looking for a backend engineer to own the sports product within our ecosystem. You will build and maintain our integration with Odds88 and act as the go-to person for anything related to sports across the company.
What you'll do
Own the backend integration with Odds88 (https://docs.odds88.io), from design to production support
Be the point of contact for questions about the sports product
Work closely with the product team and our tech lead to understand requirements and design clean, scalable architecture
Build internal sports functionality beyond the integration: sports bonuses, bet slip, backoffice tools, and more
Keep the integration reliable and well monitored, and handle odds, markets, and bet settlement edge cases
What we're looking for
Strong backend engineering experience, ideally with integrations of third-party APIs and data feeds
Prior experience with Odds88 or similar sports betting platforms (strongly preferred)
Ability to take full ownership of a product area and work independently
Clear communication with product and technical stakeholders
Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
Experience with real-time data (odds feeds, WebSockets, event-driven systems)
Background in iGaming or betting products (bonuses, bet slips, backoffice)
