Douglas Service GmbHTasks with Impact- Accompany the digitalization journey within the framework of global HR transformation projects - from the initial idea to go-live- Support our global and local HR teams in the further development of SAP SuccessFactors- Evaluate, design, and implement business-specific requirements in close collaboration with the HR teams- Work closely with our external implementation partners during project phases as well as in ongoing operations- Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape- Actively contribute throughout the entire project cycle - from workshops to the implementation phase and post-go-live operations- Take ownership for efficient processes, change and incident management, and ensure audit-compliant process flows- Analysis and resolution of complex issues within the scope of 3rd-level support- After successful onboarding: assumption of the deputy team lead role for our global HR IT teamYour Skills- Several years of professional experience in project management with a strong focus on IT and HR- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; additional modules are an advantage- Strong understanding of the value chain combined with solid business and economic expertise- Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities
