Key responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for investment-related products, platforms, and operational workflows. - Partner with portfolio management, trading, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams to define solutions and deliver outcomes. - Create functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria; support UAT planning and execution. - Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help implement controls aligned with regulatory and governance standards. - Analyze data and performance metrics; produce insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries to support prioritization. - Manage scope, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery and alignment to business goals.
