Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) to join a global leader in conversational voice AI.

You will be responsible for building, fine-tuning, and deploying high-performance ASR models that power voice-enabled systems across automotive, retail, and enterprise sectors globally.

• Tech Stack: Python, C++, PyTorch, Kaldi, TensorFlow Lite, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud
• Agile Management: Scrum / Kanban
• Code Reviews: Yes
• Direct Customer Interaction: Occasional (Technical Consulting / Triage)
